Terms Of Service

PLEASE READ THESE CUSTOMER TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY.


This is a contract between you (the Customer) and us (Grow). It describes the services we will provide to you, how we will work together, and other aspects of our business relationship. It is a legal document so some of the language is necessarily “legalese” but we have tried to make it as readable as possible. These terms are so important that we cannot provide this service unless you agree to them. This agreement is binding immediately you signed up for our Service. We periodically update these terms and we will let you know when we do through the Notification section on your portal or via email.

(A.)Security of Data. We take the security of your details important and we have taken a lot of steps in securing the data we collected during sign up. We also ensured that we collected the most basic information that we NEED in order to offer our services.

(B.)Limits. Limits may apply to the number of, Users, Site Visits, keywords tracked, competitors tracked, and emails per month.

(C.)Modifications. We modify the service from time to time, including by adding or deleting features and functions, in an effort to improve your experience. But we will not make changes to the Service that materially reduce the functionality of the Service provided to you during the Subscription Term. We might provide some or all elements of the Subscription Service through third party service providers.

(D.)Additional Features. You may subscribe to additional features of the Subscription Service by agreeing to a new Order Form.

(E.)Duration of Service delivery. We deliver followers between 24 to 48 hours for followers between 100 and 5000. When you place orders for followers above 5000 to 12000 followers, it will be delivered within 48 to 96 hours. Others above 12,000 followers will take at least 4 to 7 days.

(F.) Followers Drop. Due to the organic nature of our followers, we STRONGLY recommend that you engage them by posting on your page and story section, as well as to comment, like or in some cases follow them back in a bid to retain them. While we will be responsible for sending Real, ACTIVE and Organic Nigerian Followers to your account, we can’t guarantee them clinging to you forever. We strictly recommend that you post regularly in order to keep delighting your newly acquired followers.

Customer Support

(a.) Support. Support is included in your Subscription Fee. Phone support for the Subscription Service is available 9AM to 5PM WAT (GMT +1), Monday through Friday. Our Email will be available 24/7 to offer support. We do not promise or guarantee any specific response time.

(c.) Availability. We try to make our Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for planned down-time for maintenance.

(b.) Publicity. You grant us the right to add your name and company logo to our customer list and website.

Customer Data

(a.) Limits on the Grow Platform. We will not use, or allow anyone else to use, Customer Data to contact any individual or company except as you direct or otherwise permit. We will use Customer Data only in order to provide the Service and Consulting Services to you and only as permitted by applicable law, this Agreement, and our Privacy Policy.

(b.) Aggregate Data. We may monitor the use of the Service by all of our customers and use the data gathered in an aggregate and anonymous manner. You agree that we may use and publish such information, provided that such information does not incorporate any Customer Data and/or identify you.

(b.) Safeguards. We will maintain commercially appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Customer Data. You consent to the processing of Customer Data in Nigeria. You acknowledge that in all cases that Grow acts as the processor of Customer Data and you remain controller of Customer Data for applicable European Union data protection regulations.
